Custom Jewelry Resizing or Repair
Want to order your Wishbeads in a custom size? Have a bracelet or necklace that needs to be repaired? We're happy to help!
How long does it take?
All resizing and repairs are done by hand, so it can take a few days! You can generally expect your order to ship within one week.
If you're shipping jewelry you already own back to us for repair or resizing, that means one week after we receive it in our mailbox.
Shipping Fees
You may be asked to pay for shipping at checkout. This shipping fee covers shipping your finished, resized or repaired bracelet from Wishbeads to you. Orders $75 or more ship FREE!
If you're sending jewelry you already own BACK to Wishbeads for resizing or repair, you will need to take your jewelry to your local post office and pay to have it shipped to us. This is not covered by our shipping fee and we do not provide a postage-paid shipping label.

Happy holidays from Wishbeads! Holiday shipping can be tricky and carrier delivery times are longer than usual this year. To ensure that your order arrives by December 24th, please note the following deadlines.
Shipping within the United States:
- Economy: Order by Tuesday, December 14
- Priority Mail: Order by Thursday, December 16
Shipping to Canada:
- Order by Friday, December 3 (We're sorry, Canadians!)

Orders $75+ ship FREE within the United States! Other U.S. orders ship for a flat $4.95. Priority Mail and Canadian rates vary by location.
Our normal business hours are Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm Pacific Time. Most orders ship in 2 business days or less.
We ship via USPS from our office in sunny Santa Monica, California.

We hope you love your Wishbeads! But if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we're happy to help you return your order.
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging and contents.
Gift cards and products that have been customized or resized cannot be returned.
While we don't offer exchanges, we're happy to help you return your order so you can place a new order for the product you prefer!
