We hope you love your Wishbeads! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the form below.
Once we’ve approved your return request, we will respond with further instructions for sending your return to us.
Please note the following policies:
- All returned products must be in new, unworn condition and in the original box with all original packaging.
- While we do not offer exchanges, we're happy to issue a refund to your original payment method, or issue an online store credit so that you can select a different item.
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information. Wishbeads cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the mail.
If you're requesting a refund, once we’ve received your return in the mail, we'll refund your transaction or issue a store credit based on the preference you've indicated in the form below.
If your item arrived damaged, please use the form below to upload a photo, and we will gladly send a replacement.
